Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if Free & Easy Returns was purchased at checkout. This includes a free return label and cash refund on ALL eligible items (including final sale.)
If your order is eligible:

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Orders without Free & Easy Returns will be accepted, however at your own expense. If you are local, you may drop off your return at our warehouse. Refunds will be issued in the form of account credit. Final sale items will not be accepted.

If you are doing a drop off return at our warehouse, place your item(s) in the dropbox located by the glass door. Pull the top of the silver hopper door and place your items in bin. Business hours are Monday-Friday 11AM - 4PM, although you may use the dropbox 24/7.
