Do we offer refunds?
We do not offer exchanges or cash/credit refunds. To make it easy, once we receive your return, we inspect it and issue an account credit to be used on your next purchase. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs, unless the item is defective. As long as the item is in original condition (unworn, no strong smells etc.), you will be issued an account credit. If you return an item purchased with Sezzle, we will issue you store credit. We do not return or cancel Sezzle orders. You will still be responsible for paying your Sezzle payments. Shoes must be returned in the original shoebox they came in, but the shoebox itselfCANNOTbe used as the shipping container. Please wrap or package it in a mailer/box to protect it from damage during the shipping process.
Once we receive your item(s),please allow 3-5 business daysto process your account credit. When we have processed your return we will send a notification to the email address on file.
A one-time price adjustment will be granted on merchandise that has been reduced in price on website within 7 days of the date of purchase as shown on the original sales receipt.
Merchandise purchased between November 1 and December 25 will be accepted for returns through January 2 or 30 days after purchase whichever is later.
Are returns free?
Unless the item is defective, you are responsible for paying for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. If you are shipping an item over $75, it may be best to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. You may also return your item to our local dropbox at no cost.
What items can be returned?
You can return any items purchased in the last 30 days that are unused, in original condition, and are not classified as FINAL SALE.
What items can't be returned?
You cannot return items that were purchased over 30 days ago, any sale items, grab bag items, damaged items not due to our error, or promotional items. ***IMPORTANT: Items classified as FINAL SALE cannot, under any circumstances, be returned. If a discount code 30% off or greater was used, items purchased may also be subject to FINAL SALE classification.
